Counseling sessions:
- It is done only with prior programming; Scheduling is done by phone, email or previous sessions and must be confirmed by the counselor
- It takes 50 minutes and is done at the office or online
- For online meetings, payment is made in advance and only after the payment is confirmed, the counseling session will be held
- Sessions deferred by the customer without prior notice and which have already been paid in advance can be reprogrammed only once; A further unannounced deferral will be equivalent to holding the hearing and the client will have to pay the meeting fee again if he / she wishes to continue the counseling. If the postponement is announced at least 3-6 days before the start of the meeting, a new date and time will be agreed with the client. If the delay is made less than 3 hours before the start of the meeting, then the situation is deemed to be equivalent to the non-notification and the rescheduling of the hearing is resumed.
- Money collected for counseling sessions will not be returned if the meeting has already taken place. If the paid meeting is deferred twice for objective reasons, brought to the attention of the counselor in advance, then the client may request the return of the money. See the refund procedure at the bottom of the page.
Learning and fast reading learning programs:
- Fast reading programs are available at www.speeread.org; The first test and questionnaire is free for the BASIC and ADVANCED programs; The conditions of access to these programs are presented on the site at the specific pages in the tutorial and on the pages of the programs;
- The services are paid in advance and can be accessed after confirmation of payment by the provider
- All programs begin on the day when the customer goes through the first free fast reading test; This date will appear included in the personal code that each client who wants to go through the fast read programs will receive.
- It is known that intensive training favors learning to read quickly, and therefore the program vendor will do everything in his power to motivate clients to run the program within the set time frame. Any postponement is done on the responsibility of the client and can lead to slowing progress in learning to read fast.
- Snooze due to malfunctions of the server and application that built the www.speeread.org site can not be imputed to the fast reading service provider; If the deferment is due to the service provider then it will grant the compensation deemed appropriate for each situation.
- In accordance with the provisions of OUG 34/2014, services purchased from www.speeread.org may be returned within 14 calendar days of the date of their use without penalty and without any specific reason. If the customer wishes he can give up the purchased service and get back the paid money. The 14 days that the service can be waived and the return of the money begins to run from the payment day of the program which is also found on the payment bill. This money will be refunded even if the customer stops using the service. The 14 days payment return in only available for whole amount payments made for speed reading programs. The 14 days payment return is NOT available for subscription payments.
- The trial period starts when you make the first subscription payment. The trial period in 8 days for BASIC Program and 9 days for ADVANCED program. After the trial period the payment will be made weekly, in equal amounts of money. You can cancel anytime your subscription if you don't want to continue your training program. The subscriptions already made will not be refund. The canceled subscriptions will not be collected.
Return Procedure
- The customer who wants to return the money will file a request within the first 14 days of the start of the training program. The possibility of returning money will be mentioned in the service offer. The application will be sent by email to [email protected]. Under Article 13 of the same Emergency Ordinance, the value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 working days of the date of filing the return request to the bank account specified in the return request, without any charges being levied for such reimbursement. If repayment can not be made to an account, the customer will be contacted to find another refund method.
- The customer can request a return form to send the necessary data and this form will be made available to him / her. The return request is deemed to have been made on the date that the request email was sent. This date is found in the header of the message, as a rule, and will be taken as the basis for the calculation of the 14 days in which the return request can be made.
- These provisions apply according to O.G. 34/2014, when purchasing products from this online store using remote communication techniques.
- Repeated abandonment of purchased programs may be considered abuse; We reserve the right to treat carefully the situations of requesting new services after giving up the previously purchased ones.
